Fourteen spacious en-suite tents border the banks of the Mara River where the resident hippo spend their days wallowing. A wide range of game viewing and cultural activities are available and the great wildebeest migration is present in the Mara from around July to October each year. Accommodation: Sanctuary Olonana is a small luxury camp with 14 spacious tents. Each tent has floor to ceiling mosquito netting, en-suite bathrooms with hot showers, flush lavatories, solar lighting and large, river view verandas.The main dining room and veranda commands a dramatic stretch of the Mara River providing the perfect setting for breakfast, afternoon tea and after dinner star gazing. There is a swimming pool,a mini-spa and a small gift shop.Solar power supplies 240v electricity and there is a back-up generator.   Safari Activities at Sanctuary Olonana ACTIVITIES:Included in the rates are game viewing drives, a cultural visit and,weather permitting, a bush meal or sundowner.
